-first day of sch.. ah not for me though.-
anys. today was a hectic day had massage than physio than gym. phewwwyoo. the physio said i had an occurence of my old shoudler cum arm injury. she said the tendon is inflammed, oh my. anys with some therapy session and strengthening it shld help.

anys mom and i decided to go sri lanka to provide manpower. but still not confirmed. mom doesnt know whether she's got leave from laast yr. how she has leave so that my mom and i could help in the what-so-ever way possible. insyaallah.

today gym was hell tough but get to see the bubbly gym instructor who teaches in RJ. than saw james wong and MY he looks bigger, haha. basically im still drawing up my schedule for the 3 months before results are out. anys gonna change my skin soon so u guys watch out for it aight. later.
